One Bottle 28mm Hydration System For Smartwater Bottle
The One Bottle Hydration System for 28mm bottles exists entirely due to customer demand in April 2021. After selling hundreds of them and getting my patent in March 2022 I decided that the Smartwater adapter would lead the way in my conversion from 3D printing to injection molding!
This all-new design works just like the original version - you carry your bottle in the side pockets of your pack and drink from the 43” long tube and included bite valve! The adapter fits the 28mm Smartwater bottle which has the same mouth as most of the premium water brands like Fiji, Life WTR, Essentia, as well as most of the soda bottled in the US. Because the tube goes straight through the top, you can just pull it up and down to adjust to any bottle height!
In November 2024 this system was updated with additional air vents for better flow and a more robust fit on the bottle mouth, with threads now compatible with the 28mm “eco” bottles entering the drinks market in the US.
This set includes a drinking tube and bite valve (with 3D-printed dust cover) and grey 28mm adapter assembly. There’s also a black plastic clip and velcro to help keep the tube organized. Because One Bottle is all about the entire adventure, I also include a squirt cap for you to use your bottle even when you’re not wearing your pack. You’ll love the tether!
The baseline system with no tube cover weighs 67g (2.8 oz) with all 43” of tubing - usually it gets trimmed!
The standard blue TPU tube can be upgraded to a silicone tube for $11 if you’re worried about plastic exposure, and you can add an accessory or tube cover (or the accessories combo pack) with no extra shipping charge!
The combo pack includes a magnetic tube clip, a cleaning brush, and an extra plastic clip for $8, a 20% savings!
