One Bottle Hydration System DIY Kit

from $25.00

Over the past few years I've been getting a lot of requests for adapters for all sorts of bottles, most of which I’ve been unable to address because of the high cost/benefit ratio from me designing and custom fabricating something that I might only sell like 2 of in a year. One Bottle Hydration works because so many reusable bottles are standard Nalgene 63mm and most of the drinks bottlers use a 28mm soda bottle!

I’m hoping that this DIY (Do It Yourself) kit is a good solution to the rest of the market! It’s got one of my silicone tube assemblies with a bite valve and dust cover plus two silicone grommets and two silicone duckbill valves. You will need to use a brad-point drill to put a neat 1/2" (12.7mm) hole (for the grommet and tube) and a 1/4" (6.35mm) hole in your lid. The seating grooves in the grommet and one-way valve are about 1/16" (1.6mm wide).

If you've drilled neat holes (this might require several attempts) and seated the grommet and duckbill valve correctly you can then just push the silicone tube into the grommet and adjust the length appropriately. You can drink through the bite valve and tube and allow air into your bottle through the duckbill valve!

There should be a spare duckbill valve and grommet in case you want to make another adapter set. It's a great solution for so many of the bottles all over the world!

You can add an accessory or tube cover (or the accessories combo pack) with no extra shipping charge!

The combo pack includes a magnetic tube clip, a cleaning brush, and an extra plastic clip for $8, a 20% savings!
