This version of the One Bottle Hydration System was requested several times and in Summer 2025 I was finally able to deliver! You can see here that I've 3D-printed an adapter ring for the Nalgene/28mm system that allows it to fit on the wider Owala bottles. With the flip-top lid replacing the Owala's lid you get the same smaller drinking mouth plus I'm equipping these systems with a carry loop. There's also a black plastic clip and velcro to help keep the tube organized, along with a 3D-printed dust cover for the bite valve!
I should have done this a year ago - I don't have kids* so was unaware how Owala had pretty much replaced Hydro Flask with the Zoomers and Alphas. Now that it's here, this will be great for day hikes, plus you'll be able to extend your capacity with Smartwater bottles for longer trips. If somebody loses that $40 Owala bottle they can still use this setup with the Nalgene or ThermoFlask you replace it with.
If you've already got one of the wide-mouth systems then you can save some money and just get the 3D-printed adapter!
Just don't drink anything hot with it!

The standard blue TPU tube can be upgraded to a silicone tube for $9 if you're worried about plastic exposure, and you can add an accessory or tube cover (or the accessories combo pack) with no extra shipping charge!
